Trafford 4 Bay Malton 0
Sunday 30th March

TEAM: (4 4 2) 1,Fenwick; 2,Tracy, 4, Barber 5,Leech, 3,Scanlon; 7, Ball 8,Lee, 6, Thomas, 11, Coley; 9, Andrew, 10, Kelly,
Subs; Groves for Andrew, and Jones for Kelly.

Trafford started this game like a steam train, with all out attack. Ball Andrew and Kelly went close before Ball dummied the keeper to open the scoring on 20 minutes direct from a corner. Bay then picked up and scored twice as Trafford took their feet off the gas, and this would have been more but for a great save by Fenwick.
The 2nd half was sloppy to start with, and to break this Thomas scored an outstanding free kick to level the scores. Mike Lee was outstanding in central midfield for Trafford and started to dictate the pace. Lee found Scanlon with an excellent ball on the left, and Scanlon then rounded three Bay players to score the winner.
Other notable performances were from Tracy, and Ball down the right hand flank.

Trafford 4 Sale Moor 0
Sunday 16th March
TEAM: (4 4 2) 1,Fenwick; 2,Tracy, 4, Barber 5,Leech, 3,Tomlinson; 7, Ball 8,Lee, 6, Thomas, 11, Coley; 9, Andrew, 10, Kelly,  Subs; Non used.

Trafford started this game low in confidence after two substantial defeats at the hands of Lisbon and Buck. Concentrating on positive things only this young side went about their business well with Barber returning for a full game as captain after a long injury lay off. After only 10 minutes, a great ball into the box from Thomas, was met at the back post by Rick Andrew, who side footed home. The score remained 1-0 until the 2nd half, when Andrew added a 2nd in similar fashion. Adam Ball was now starting to cause the Sale defence all sorts of problems down the right using his pace and power, this was rewarded by a goal, and then Aaron Kelly added a spectacular 4th from the edge of the area with 5 minutes to go.
One of the pleasing thing about this performance was the back 4 and Fenwick in goal never looked like conceding.
